The Social Protection Platform Uganda (SPPU) Human Resource Manual shall assist in maintaining open communication between management and staff. The policies and procedures in this Policy Manual shall protect SPPU against the possibility of charges of favouritism, unfair treatment, capricious rewards or promotions, and those well-known indicators of discontent and disorganization.
The Manual will ensure that managers and supervisors in USPP are handling human resource issues in a consistent
