Social Protection Platform Uganda (SPPU) Risk Management and Compliance Policy manual

The purpose of the whistle blowing policy is to ensure that SPPU is an open and fair organization, accountable to all stakeholders, ranging from the people benefiting from SPPU work to its employees and donors. It is to ensure that the organization remains free from all kinds of malpractices, wrong doings and unethical actions. It is also to serve as a reference tool in making decisions involving the management and operations of the SPPU, to establish guides to be followed by management in determining employment practices; and acquaint employees with their general employment rights, benefits and responsibilities in the Platform.
