Social Protection Platform Uganda (SPPU) Procurement Policy Manual
The Procurement Manual is aimed at providing guidelines that shall govern all procurement and disposal of goods/services/works for the Platform. The policy applies to all SPPU members and staff of the SPPU Secretariat involved in the various stages of procurement actions in all the SPPU dealings. The procedures are designed to facilitate SPPU governance to ensure that procurements are made to the maximum extent possible on a practical, open and freely competitive basis as well as ensure that the organization obtains maximum value. for money to attain its objectives.
