Social Protection Platform Uganda (SPPU) Finance and Administration Policy Manual
The purpose of this Finance Manual is to provide for best accounting procedures and instructions, guidelines on accounting procedures, financial reporting, budgeting and budgetary control and audit requirements for the Platform.
This manual is therefore designed to help the Platform to implement sound accounting policies and procedures.
This facilitates production of accounts and other necessary financial information required by the management and secretariat for decision-making, to meet the requirements of development partners and for local legislation.
This manual is meant to be read and implemented alongside other SPPU policies. You can view the Manuel here.
